Banks & Shane are as popular a Bluegrass Show band today as they were nearly 40 years ago in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. From “Fox on the Run” to the “Tennessee Stud”, they take their audience on a fun-filled ride through the years and country and bluegrass favorites. Eagle songs, Foggy Mountain Breakdown – you name it and they’ll play it!
The Banks & Shane Band have performed at countless holiday parties, picnics and country club special events. Back in the day, they were a frequently booked act at the very popular nightclub,Timothy John’s. Pure Prairie League, Charlie Daniels and Jimmy Buffett tunes can be heard and sung to as the band goes trough their vast selection of great songs and memories. They also provide a wonderful “tribute Show” to the great Kingston Trio that has gotten rave reviews for the folk era experts!
