Rock/Jazz guitarist, Cooper Tisdale, steps out as bandleader of a fine collection of Atlanta-area players.
Cooper Tisdale has caught the ears of listeners from Canada to the coast of Georgia with his soulfulness and eclectic mix of music. Although this guitarist’s music can be described as jazz/rock, his influences encompass many genres.
His own diverse abilities are Cooper’s greatest assets. Aside from performance, he devotes time to writing and has released two independent CDs, “Face Up” and “Up From Down” on Under The Hill Records. “Cooper Tisdale & Friends Live in Atlanta”, his third and latest CD on the Jammates Records label, delivers a stellar live set of contemporary rock/jazz fusion. Tisdale offers up all original material chocked full of thoughtful melodies and powerful performances by his bandmates.
